New to DigiPen Singapore? Work down this list. It takes about 30 minutes, and everything else on this site assumes these are done.

1. Get your DigiPen email working

Your DigiPen account is the key to almost everything else.

Newly matriculated? Your account can take up to 2 weeks after matriculation to be created.

2. Register for Microsoft 365

Free for every student, and it is how you get Microsoft Teams, which your classes and project groups run on.

Use your DigiPen student email address, not a personal one.

3. Log in to Moodle

Course pages, submissions and grades: distance3.sg.digipen.edu

4. Get on the campus network

The campus Wi-Fi is run by SIT, not by DigiPen. Use SIT’s own instructions and their IT Helpdesk for anything wireless. See Who runs what.

5. Find your lab

Room numbers, machine specs, floor plans and what software is installed where: Computer Labs

6. Know who to ask

Sending a question to the wrong team is the most common reason for a slow answer. Who runs what is a one-page answer.

When you contact us

Include these and you will usually get a fix instead of a follow-up question:

  • Your student ID
  • The room or lab you are in, or “my own laptop”
  • What you did, what you expected, and what happened instead
  • A screenshot of the error
