Students and educators are eligible for MS Office 365 Education for free, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, and now Microsoft Teams, plus additional classroom tools.
Newly matriculated students may have to wait up to 2 weeks before accounts will be created.
In our continuous effort to provide the best tools to students, DigiPen is providing Microsoft Office to every student free of charge. This means the latest version of the full Office productivity suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, and more available for offline and online use to best prepare you for class. As long as you’re a student here and we continue this offer, you’ll be able to use this software for free.

How to get it ?
To get your Office follow these simple steps:

For PC and Mac:
- Visit https://portal.microsoftonline.com
- Sign in with the school email address (*.edu) you have.
- Note that if you're prompted with incorrect password, go ahead and click on "Reset Password".
- Please note that Microsoft has it's own authentication system that is not linked with DigiPen system.
- You should receive an email to your personal email address. Click on the link in that email.
- 2FA Setup - Increase security setup.
- Once you're done with the setup, you'll have access to a web-based MS Office and also downloadable link to MS Office.
For iOS and Android:
- Download from your app store
- Sign in with your school credentials for full editing capability
