Who runs what

The Punggol campus is shared. DigiPen and SIT run different things, and each has its own helpdesk, its own accounts and its own passwords. Sending a request to the wrong team is the most common reason for a slow answer.

This catches almost everyone. They are separate systems with separate passwords, and resetting one does nothing to the other.
