Software Requests

Please send software requests to the email address helpdesk.sg@digipen.edu. Please include the following information.

• Name of software.
• URL link to download software.
• Justification detail. (Keep it short)
• Name of course instructor. (Please add instructor in CC during email.)

Software Install and Update Policy

IT Department will be managing the installation of softwares in the labs.

• Software updates only occur before the start of semester.
• Throughout the semester, there will not be any software updates, so as not to break anyone's project during mid-semester.

Software Law Compliance

• Computer end-users are advised not to use pirated softwares on campus computers.
• IT Dept are bound by law to enforce the non-usage of pirated softwares on campus computers.
• IT Dept will have full authority to uninstall softwares that are deemed as
